What is the Private Gym?
The Private Gym is a unique exercise program designed to strengthen the muscles that support the penis. Strengthening the pelvic muscles may help prevent the onset of erectile dysfunction, assist in reversing existing erectile dysfunction, boost sexual performance, and support prostate and urinary health. The Private Gym exercise program is safe, easy-to-use, all natural, and FDA registered.
What are the benefits of using the Private Gym?
The Private Gym exercises may help men to achieve more rigid erections, reduce premature ejaculations, and heighten orgasms. Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles also supports prostate health and urinary control.
How does the Private Gym work?
The Private Gym works just like any other exercise program. The penis is controlled by the pelvic muscles. Make these muscles stronger and you may experience harder and longer-lasting erections, more powerful orgasms, while supporting prostate and urinary health. The Private Gym’s expertly designed exercise programs safely and easily strengthen the pelvic muscles.
If you want your penis to perform like did when you were 20, you need to keep it in shape, just like you do with the rest of your body. Conditioned pelvic muscles can improve sexual functioning as much as fitness training can enhance athletic performance and endurance. The Private Gym supports better sexual performance, increased strength (rigidity of the erection), improved endurance and stamina (ejaculatory control), and decreased recovery time (amount of time it takes to achieve another erection).
I thought Kegel exercises were only for women?
Absolutely not. Kegel exercises can provide similar sexual and urinary health benefits for men. The fact is most men don't know anything about these exercises, and until the Private Gym, there has not been a comprehensive and interactive male Kegel exercise program.
Who should use the Private Gym?
Potentially every male. Whether you are fully functional, beginning to experience symptoms of erectile dysfunction, or are currently taking ED medication, the Private Gym may be for you. The simple fact is that we work out all parts of our body, but completely neglect one of the most important muscle systems - - the pelvic muscles, which are vital for sexual function.
Starting in your early 30s, the pelvic muscles that support erectile function begin to weaken. By 40, more than 50% of men are already experiencing some form of erectile dysfunction and this number increases to more than 66% as men approach 60.1 You no longer have to accept the deterioration in sexual function that often accompanies the aging process.
The Private Gym is like seven-minute abs for your penis. In just minutes a day, three days a week, you can safely and naturally boost your sexual performance.
Why is it important to strengthen the pelvic muscles?
The Private Gym Exercise Programs strengthen a complex network of muscles known as pelvic muscles. These muscles surround the base of the penis, which extends deep inside the body. The pelvic muscles are responsible for causing a surge of blood flow to the penis that helps to maintain penile rigidity. When squeezed, the pelvic muscles force more blood into the penis and allow it to be held in longer, producing a harder, larger, and longer-lasting erection.
The Private Gym was designed to strengthen the pelvic muscles. In addition to improving sexual function, strengthening this muscle network may also help to improve or prevent: prostate inflammation; stress urinary incontinence following prostate surgery; bladder control issues and urinary incontinence; and impairments resulting from saddle sports, including bicycling, motorcycling, and horseback riding.2
How do I find my pelvic muscles?
Most men don’t even know they have pelvic muscles, let alone where they are, what they do, or why keeping them fit is so important to erectile function. You can find your pelvic muscles by contracting the muscles you use to stop yourself from urinating or to prevent yourself from passing gas. These muscles become weaker as we age, which can result in erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and impaired prostate and urinary health.
How does the Private Gym prevent premature ejaculation?
The pelvic muscles play a role in ejaculatory cnotrol. Weak pelvic muscles may contribute to premature ejaculation and by strengthening the pelvic muscles with the Private Gym, you can improve your ejaculatory control and experience longer-lasting erections.3
How does the Private Gym create more powerful orgasms?
The pelvic muscles are responsible for pumping semen from the prostate gland and for the pulsating feeling during orgasm. By strengthening the pelvic muscles with the Private Gym, you can create more intense and longer-lasting orgasms.4
How does the Private Gym support prostate and urinary health?
The prostate and bladder are supported by the pelvic muscles. Weak pelvic muscles may result in prostate inflammation, dribbling after urination, and urinary incontinence. By strengthening the pelvic muscles with the Private Gym, you can improve your overall prostate and urinary health.
What is the difference between the Private Gym’s Basic Training and Complete Training exercise programs?
The Private Gym offers two exercise programs - - Basic Training and Complete Training. The Basic Training Program is recommended for men who want to develop initial pelvic muscle strength. Basic Training guides you through a series of specialized exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles.
The Complete Training Program, which includes Basic Training, goes one step further and adds resistance training to the workout with the Private Gym’s FDA registered exercise equipment. Complete training is recommended for men who want to maximize gains and further improve sexual performance.
Why is resistance training important?
As we all know from working out in the gym, resistance training is the key to building strong muscles of any type. Much like performing bicep curls without weights - - where your arms may get tired, but won’t get significantly stronger over time - - performing pelvic muscle exercises without the added benefit of resistance training will not result in maximum pelvic muscle growth or strength. The Private Gym’s ergonomically designed, resistance equipment and magnetic weights, provides consistent, precise, and measurable resistance.
How do I use The Private Gym resistance training equipment?
The Private Gym's ultra-soft resistance equipment is placed on the erect penis, just below the head, and lifted up and down by contracting your pelvic muscles. This motion places resistance on the pelvic muscles, resulting in maximum pelvic muscle growth and strength.
Does the Private Gym Resistance Training Equipment fit all penis sizes?
Yes. The Private Gym Resistance equipment is expertly designed to fit all penis sizes. The flexible ultra-soft silicone band opens and closes to gently grip the shaft of the penis.
When and where do I perform my Private Gym exercises?
To perform the Basic Training exercises effectively you must be able to focus and perform them correctly. For this reason, we recommend that you sit upright in a comfortable chair with your back straight. If you prefer, you can also perform these exercises while lying down or standing up. You do not need to have an erection to perform the Basic Training exercises (although you certainly can). We recommend that you perform the Basic Training Program three to four times per week, but not two days in a row. It is important to allow your muscles time to recover in order to achieve the most benefit from the program.
When you are strong enough to start the Resistance Training program, you will need to have an erection to use the Private Gym resistance equipment. Although it’s not required, many men perform The Private Gym exercises before masturbating (yes, we all do it!). It’s certainly not required, but it’s a common practice. Given the potential benefits, the Private Gym is quite possibly the most rewarding workout you will ever do.
What if I am already taking erectile dysfunction medication?
The Private Gym is specifically designed to work in conjunction with erectile dysfunction medications. The Private Gym exercises are designed to help reverse the onset of erectile dysfunction resulting from pelvic muscle weakness, which may ultimately reduce the need for future medication.
Is the Private Gym safe?
The Private Gym exercise program is FDA registered and is safe provided that you follow the instructions for performing the exercises. As with any exercise program, check with your doctor before beginning the Private Gym to make certain that these exercises are safe for you.
Who developed the Private Gym and why?
The Private Gym Exercise Program was developed in conjunction with several of the world’s leading urologists and sexual therapists. The team is led by Dr. Andrew Siegel, renowned urologist, surgeon, professor, and author of Male Pelvic Fitness: Optimizing Sexual and Urinary Health. In his practice, Dr. Siegel witnessed meaningful benefits for his patients by strengthening the pelvic muscles - - including individuals not experiencing erectile dysfunction. What surprised him was that most men had no idea they could exercise these muscles. Dr. Siegel realized that there was a need for a comprehensive, well designed exercise program that taught men how to perform pelvic muscle exercises and also incorporated resistance training.
Is the Private Gym scientifically proven?
Absolutely. In fact, the science is pretty simple and well established. Workout a muscle and it gets stronger. The Private Gym works just like any other exercise program. The pelvic muscles play a critical role in supporting erectile function. By making these muscles stronger, many men can experience harder and longer-lasting erections and support prostate and urinary health. In the most comprehensive study of its kind, 76% of men significantly improved their erectile function with pelvic muscle exercises.5
The Private Gym’s expertly designed exercise programs and equipment safely and easily strengthen the pelvic muscles. Use of the Private Gym is also supported by many leading urologists.
How long does it take to see results?
The Private Gym provides two expertly-designed exercise programs that may show results in just a few weeks. To achieve the best results, it is important to follow the exercise routine, which is available on DVD and digital download.
What is the Private Gym equipment made of?
The Private Gym exercise equipment is made from the finest imported, ultra soft-touch silicone. It is body-safe, hypoallergenic, DEHP-free, and completely waterproof. It can be easily cleaned with soap and water and is compatible with all body-safe lubricants.
