PREMATURE EJACULATION PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend you follow the steps below for at least eight weeks to assess how you respond to each part of the Premature Ejaculation Program. After this initial period, you may make adjustments to optimize your program. However, if you have an adverse reaction to any part of it, please stop using that component immediately. We are available for coaching and to answer questions at any time.

Step-by-Step Instructions on How to Use the Program
Step 1
Unbox the Private Gym Complete Training Program and familiarize yourself with the contents.
Register for a Private Gym online account or load the enclosed DVD into your laptop or desktop if you do not intend to access the training videos online.
Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions to log onto your Private Gym account online.
Step 2
Get Refills
Begin taking your PreLONG supplement. Follow the instructions on the product page and start by taking one capsule daily with or without food. It usually takes 3-6 weeks to reach efficacy (show results), so please begin as soon as possible. Based on initial results, you may need to increase the dosage.

Step 3
View Introduction Videos
Log into your Private Gym account via the My Account page of the Private Gym website. After logging in, click the "My Training Videos" button. The Private Gym’s guided, easy-to-follow-along program will make it simple to get started.
Make sure to watch the Introduction to the Private Gym Program video and Training Tips Video before starting the program.
Step 4
Now you are ready to start the Complete Training Program. First, as instructed in the Introduction to Complete Training page, begin the Private Gym’s Basic Training Week 1.
This program also includes six additional weeks of Kegel programming.
After completing Week 8:

For clarity, the next phase of the program is as follows:
Weeks 9-10:Use 1 extra weight
Weeks 11-12:Use 2 extra weights
Weeks 13-14: Use 3 extra weights
Completing this challenging routine will dramatically increase your erectile firmness, ejaculatory force and the strength of your orgasms.
Step 6
Get Refills
When engaged in sexual activity with a partner, it's time to use the Promescent Delay Spray. Apply three or more sprays (not to exceed 10) to the head and shaft of the penis 10 minutes before sexual intercourse, or use as directed by a doctor. Next, rub Promescent into the skin of the penis until all of the product is absorbed. Wash product off after intercourse.

Get Refills
Promescent Delay Wipes works just like the spray but best when on the go. Use the delay wipes 5-10 minutes before sexual activity to enjoy 30-45 minutes of desensitizing effect. Promescent Delay Wipes are absorbed rapidly, safe for oral sex, and will not spread to your partner once absorbed.
