Your Step-by-Step Instructions
This page includes comprehensive instructions, a weekly plan, and a list of all program components.
First, ensure you have all the program components before you begin. Then review the schedule, so you know when to perform the program each day. Next, set up your Private Gym account and check how to use each program element. Finally, follow the steps for at least four weeks to assess how you respond to each part of the program.
After this initial period, you may make adjustments to optimize your program. However, if you adversely react to any part of it, please stop using that component immediately and contact our coaches.

Note that you will perform the Private Gym Basic Training Kegel Exercise Program online, so there will be no item in the package for this component.
Your Starting Weekly Routine
The base schedule for the Quick Fix Premature Ejaculation Program is on the weekly plan below.
Perform your Kegel exercises 3-4 times a week at any time of day. Remember to always rest one day in between sessions.
Immediately before you engage in partnered sexual activity, use Control Gel, Promescent Wipes, or Spray. Please do not use them simultaneously. The recommended sequence is below. Use the Power Ring during solo play or with a partner.

Then register for a Private Gym online account. Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions to log onto your Private Gym account online.
Then watch the introduction videos for a complete overview before starting the program.
Kegel Routine
Log Into Your Account and Begin
My Account Access
First, log into your Private Gym account via the My Account page of the Private Gym website.
After logging in, click the "My Training Videos" button. The Private Gym's guided, easy-to-follow-along program will simplify getting started. Begin with Week 1.
Each week you will steadily build pelvic muscle strength and control. As you progress through the program, your erections will get firmer, and your ejaculatory force and control will increase.
Note that you can take longer than a week on each "Week," if necessary. Only proceed to the next level once you can complete the existing Week comfortably and without excessive strain. Once you reach Week 4, keep it as your ongoing routine.
At that point, you may also upgrade to the Complete Training Program to unlock Weeks 5-8 and make further gains.
Immediately Before Sexual Activity
The delay spray, gel, and wipes will help prolong sexual activity. But please do not use them simultaneously. Instead, we recommend starting with Control Gel, which has the lowest intensity delay effect.
Control Delay Gel
Control Delay Gel has the lowest intensity delay effect, so we recommend you try it first. Do not combine it with the Promescent Delay products.
Massage a small drop onto the head of the penis and allow it to dry. Wait 30-60 minutes for the gel to activate. Control Delay Gel works when you feel a tingly sensation. The effects will last 2-4 hours. Note that Control Delay Gel will not transfer to sexual partners.
If your sexual performance gets a sufficient boost from Control Delay Gel alone, continue to use it. Refills are available below.
But if you want to boost your sexual endurance further, try Promescent Delay Spray next.
Promescent Delay Spray
Promescent Delay Spray will provide a medium to high-level intensity desensitization effect. Since you can adjust the dosage, start with the lowest recommended dosage of three sprays.
To apply Promescent Delay Spray, hold the spray cap close to your penis and spray on the most sensitive parts. The three sprays should include the head of the penis and the underside of the shaft.
Now, wait for 10 minutes before engaging in sexual activity. This waiting period is critical to get lasting climax control without the numbing agent transferring to your partner. The effects should last for approximately one hour.
If three sprays do not provide enough desensitization, increase by 1-2 sprays each session until you find the perfect dosage. The max dosage is ten sprays.
Promescent Delay Wipes
Promescent Delay Wipes deliver a medium-level intensity desensitization effect. We recommend using it in place of Promescent Delay Spray or when traveling since you can stow the packets conveniently.
To use Delay Wipes, remove them from the wrapper, then wipe only the head of the penis. Don't wipe the testicles, base, or shaft of the penis.
Now wait 5-10 minutes or until the solution has dried. Be sure to remove any excess solution so that it may absorb rapidly.
The desensitization effect will last 30-45 minutes after fully absorbed and will not transfer to your partner.
Be sure to dispose of the wipe and wash your hands thoroughly to avoid transferring any desensitizing agent to your partner during foreplay.
During Sexual Activity
Gladiator Power Ring
The Power Ring will enhance the hardness and duration of your erections.
To use it, stretch it with two hands and place it around the base of the penis with the prongs positioned as shown in the picture.
The ring should be as close to the body as possible to maximize results. Your partner will not feel the ring during penetrative sex.
Leave the ring in place for up to 30 minutes with at least a 15-minute break in between sessions.
When removing the Power Ring, use two hands with the opposite motion when engaging it.
Next Steps
This program is a 4-week regimen that addresses the most common causes of premature ejaculation - specifically, lack of confidence, poor pelvic muscle control, and overly sensitive penile nerves.
If any of these causes are the source of your PE, this program should be helpful. So if you get positive results, you should continue using the program, including regular Kegel exercises, the penis ring, and the desensitizers after the initial 4-week period.
However, if the program is unsuccessful, please contact our coaches, and we will assess whether other Private Gym products or programs may be effective for you.
Precautions
• Only use Promescent products externally
• Do not use Promescent Delay Spray if allergic to lidocaine or other topical anesthetics
• Do not use Promescent Delay Wipes if allergic to benzocaine or other topical anesthetics
• If you have liver problems, consult your doctor before using Promescent products
• Do not use Promescent products if your partner is pregnant or if you are trying to conceive
• Do not use Power Rings if you have a penile injury
• If you have diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or a blood or nerve disease, consult your doctor before using a Power Ring
• If you are on blood-thinning medication, consult your doctor before using a Power Ring
• To prevent falling asleep while wearing a Power Ring, do not use it while taking medication that impacts your awareness or attention
